Near the Trevi Fountain, this charming old-fashioned trattoria serves superb food. Try the local cold cuts and cheeses as an appetizer. Delicious grilled meats and vegetables. It was a favorite of Federico Fellini while filming La Dolce Vita. Eat inside or out. Reservations are suggested.

This elegant restaurant near the Pantheon has lovely views, and is frequented by senators and deputies. They offer wonderful Roman food and service. Dressy. Reservations are necessary.

Giolitti
Historic, 1890 old-fashioned gelato parlor many consider the best in Rome, and perhaps the world. Located behind the Pantheon. Extremely busy. Romans go here all night long. Many flavors and sweets to choose from.
