Savvy Traveler -Travel Tips

Boarding-pass-and-passportTraveling today, particularly overseas, can be stressful. Here are some “plan ahead” suggestions that can help.

  • Passports – Always make a couple of extra copies of your passport, and keep one in your wallet or purse, as well as your carry-on bag. Note: Your passport must be valid for six months beyond your scheduled return date. Check your expiration date well before you travel.
  • Meds – Always make sure that you have the meds you need in a carry-on bag or small suitcase. Don’t pack them in checked luggage.
